How cancellations and refunds work.
Big Idea Brick Lab Orlando is run by Big Idea Entertainment Orlando. A deposit secures your date and time when you book.

- Deposit: $100, or 10 percent on large events. It secures your date and time.
- No refunds: deposits are not refunded.
- Rescheduling: your deposit is good for a year against a rescheduled event.
- Weather: cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled arrival time, and your deposit carries to a new date for up to a year.
